DAY 01: DIMAPUR - KHONOMA (04 Hrs Approx)
Arrive at Dimapur Airport and proceed to Khonoma. Overnight stay at Khonoma.
DAY 02: KHONOMA - DZULEKE - KOHIMA
Morning after breakfast do Village Tour of Khonoma, after lunch proceed to Dzuleke evening proceed to Kohima.
Khonoma is the first green village of Asia. Dzulekie is a beautiful valley located few kilometers from Khonoma Village. Mithun or bison has been the witness of the Naga Culture and Civilization over the centuries. From embellishing headdresses to house walls,from being domesticated to being hunted, these magnificent animals have found their way to being dubbed as the state animal of Nagaland. The stream that cuts through its terrain provides habitat to a rare species of Rainbow Trout.
DAY 03: KOHIMA – HORNBILL FESTIVAL
After breakfast attend the famous Hornbill Festival. The rich culture and art shows of the North East in one place. Overnight stay at Kohima.
HORNBILL FESTIVAL: The Hornbill festival is a showcase of the entire Naga Culture. It is an annual feature that takes place from 1-7 December. Held within the confines of a heritage village called Kisama, this festival is a cultural extravaganza where the Naga people get a chance to revive, protect and preserve the richness and uniqueness of the Naga Heritage. For visitors it is an opportunity to get a ringside view of this elusive land, its people and culture.
DAY 04: KOHIMA – HORNBILL FESTIVAL
After breakfast attend the Hornbill Festival. There is a different program every day on offer, from traditional dances to traditional games. Overnight stay at Kohima.
HORNBILL FESTIVAL: The festival has become a mega event not just for the tribes of Nagaland, but also the remaining seven Northeast Indian States to showcase best of their cultural elements. During the festival many activities like are featured in the form of traditional dances,folk songs, traditional sports and ethnic food and drinks go around in plenty. It is a mammoth task for a tourist to travel cover all Northeastern states at once, hence this festival provides the ideal platform for getting a glimpse of the eight sisters of India.
DAY 05: KOHIMA – KAZIRANGA (06 Hrs Approx)
After breakfast head to Kaziranga National Park to begin wild life tour. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.
Kaziranga National Park is a national park in the Golaghat and Nagaon Districts of the state of Assam, India. The sanctuary, which hosts two-thirds of the world's great one-horned rhinoceroses, is a World Heritage Site.
DAY 06: KAZIRANGA – NAMERI (02 Hrs Approx)
Morning go for Jungle Activities like Jeep Safari / Elephant Safari/ Joy ride. In the afternoon proceed to Nameri Ntional Park. Overnight at Nameri.
DAY 07: NAMERI – GUWAHATI (05 Hrs Approx)
Morning after breakfast drive to Guwahati. Overnight stay at Guwahati.
DAY 08: GUWAHATI – DEPARTURE
Morning after breakfast check out from hotel, Drive to Guwahati Airport /Railway Station for departure home.
