- Hotels mentioned above are subject to availability at the time of Confirmation otherwise an alternative will be provided.
- We require a 30% advance at the time of confirmation & balance payment will be before your tour starts.
- Cancellation Policy: Less than 15 Days prior to the date of travel: 80% of the total amount paid will be refunded. Less than 7 Days prior to the time of travel: 100% retention. No refund (NOTE: few hotels refund depends on their respective cancellation policy).
- If reservation is done within 15 days, full payment needs to be done.
- My Voyage will make every effort to maintain the itinerary, in view of local strikes, landslides etc. which are beyond our control and all schedules and itineraries are subject to last moment changes. Any additional cost will be borne by the guests directly as needed.
- My Voyage reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability.
- Any increase in charges (for example: fuel surcharge, hotel room tariff etc) would be borne by the client.
- In case of Lockdown due to Omicron (Covid 19), or any other variant, your advance booking amount will be adjusted with the next booking with us. Unless there is no lockdown/ curfew imposed, our usual cancellation policy will apply as mentioned above.

My Voyage Tours & Travels will not be liable for any claims or expenses, eg. Accidents, injuries, delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature.
Force Majeure: We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of undefined force majeure undefined, meaning any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, actual, perceived or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control. In the event of any dispute arising, it will be settled in Guwahati jurisdiction.
